How It Works
Four steps, from the moment you pick up the phone to the moment the lock is working again.
Call (520) 277-2128 and tell us where you are and what happened. The phone is answered 24 hours a day.
A technician drives to your vehicle, home or business with the tools and key equipment on board. Nothing needs to be towed or carried in.
You hear what the job involves and which method we will use before anything is touched — including when drilling is the only option.
We test every lock and key, hand them over, and you are back in. Anything we install is checked in front of you.
Damage-Free Methods
Our technicians use professional, non-destructive techniques on home, business and vehicle locks — the hardware is protected first, every time.
Decoding tools that enter the cylinder and align the internal pins to open the lock cleanly — used most on vehicles.
A tension wrench applies light pressure while a pick lifts each pin one by one until the cylinder turns. The classic locksmith method.
For car lockouts: an air wedge opens a small gap, then a long-reach tool releases the lock, handle or button from inside.
Only when no other method works. We drill the cylinder to open it and replace the lock afterward, and we tell you before we do it.
We also handle broken and stuck key extraction — safely removing keys snapped or jammed inside the cylinder.

Yes. An all-keys-lost situation is routine work. We cut and program a new key on site for most makes and models. Have the vehicle, your photo ID and proof of ownership ready, since we only work on vehicles the customer is entitled to access.
Yes. We program transponder keys, proximity fobs and push-to-start smart keys, and we can pair an additional remote or remove one that was lost.
Our technicians use professional entry tools chosen to protect the hardware — paint, weatherstripping, wiring and the lock cylinder itself. Drilling is a last resort, used only when the lock cannot be opened any other way, and only after explaining it to you first.
It is worth doing. Previous owners, real-estate agents, contractors and cleaners may still hold copies of the keys. Rekeying reuses your existing hardware: we re-pin the cylinders so every old key stops working.
Yes. It is called keying alike. We re-pin the exterior locks so the same key opens the front door, back door, garage entry and any other matching lock.
Yes. We install and set up keypad, electronic and smart locks, program the access codes and reset keypads that have been locked out.
Yes. Safe opening is part of what we do, including older safes whose combination has been lost. Tell us the make and approximate age when you call so the technician arrives prepared.
